Does OctoStudio have student data privacy agreements?

As explained in our App Privacy Policy, we do not collect any personal or other data through the OctoStudio app or display any advertising.

OctoStudio complies with the National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA), an initiative in the United States designed to streamline data privacy agreements and set common expectations between school districts and providers of education technology applications.

If your district uses this Agreement (see list of 12,000+ districts), you can send your State NDPA to privacy@octostudio.org.
